For his entire legal career, Matt has fought on behalf of workers. He represents employees in wage-and-hour class and collective actions across the country under both federal and state wage laws.

Over more than 16 years of practice, Matt has recovered unpaid wages for thousands of workers across hundreds of matters in 40+ states. His clients work in a wide range of industries — airlines, oil and gas, construction, welding, healthcare, food service, insurance, finance, retail, manufacturing, and more.

Matt is the founding partner of Parmet Law PC. The firm takes every case on contingency — workers pay nothing unless they win. He is a member of many legal organizations, including the National Employment Lawyers Association, the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, and the Texas Employment Lawyers Association.
